Because our products are perishable, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns. If a parcel arrives thawed, damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Not at the moment. Delivery is currently offered within Australia only. Standard delivery takes 2-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I return an item?
Because our products are perishable we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. If your parcel arrives thawed, damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs and we will replace it or refund it in full.
How is the seafood kept frozen in transit?
Every order travels in insulated, food-grade packaging with dry ice or gel packs. Please move your order to a freezer as soon as it arrives. If the parcel feels soft or warm, photograph it and contact us the same day.
