Shipping policy

Dispatch

Orders are packed in insulated, food-grade cartons with dry ice or gel packs and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

Standard delivery within Australia takes 2-7 business days depending on your location. Remote and regional addresses may take longer. Delivery to international destinations is not offered at this time.

Cold-chain care

Every parcel is designed to stay frozen in transit. Please move your order to a freezer as soon as it arrives. If the parcel feels soft or warm on arrival, photograph it and contact us the same day.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order weight. The final rate is always shown before you pay.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed as soon as your consignment is collected by the carrier.
